My 88-year old father-in-law is bedridden and suffers from dementia. Our family went through a couple of other home health care and companion providers, but both were unreliable. We could not depend on them. However, since choosing One on One (1-1) Care for companion aide services earlier this spring, we have been consistently impressed by the quality and reliability of 1-1 services, both the front office and the care providers. Stacie, the staffing coordinator, always contacts us in advance of any scheduling issues, which we deeply appreciate, and she is very prompt in responding to any of our needs. In addition, the companion aide providers have been reliable, professional and pleasant to work with. We are very satisfied with this company and would highly recommend its services to others!
I have had a great experience with One on One care for over 12 yrs. Christa, Kate and Stacie were always quick to respond to my calls. All of them were really nice to work with over the years. Christa always answered any question I had. Maureen our visiting nurse was always on time, always smiling and a pleasure to see monthly.

We are certified by the Virginia Department of Medical Assistance Services (DMAS) to provide care funded by Virginia Medicaid. If you have a Medicaid waiver, we can accept you as our client. We also accept long term care insurance. Medicare does not pay for our services. If your intended payment option is not listed here, please contact the office to see if we may help you.
