At One on One Care, we know that great care starts with great people. Every caregiver is carefully screened through interviews, background and reference checks, and experience verification. We look for caregivers who are not only qualified, but also kind, dependable, and compassionate. Our goal is to match families with caregivers we would feel comfortable welcoming into our own homes.

The cost of care depends on the level of support needed and the number of hours requested. We offer transparent pricing and can help determine whether Medicaid, long-term care insurance, or other programs may help cover costs. Contact us for a personalized quote — we're happy to walk you through your options.

We want you to love your caregiver match. If something doesn't feel quite right, please tell us. We carefully match caregivers based on needs and personality, but if a change is needed, we'll work quickly to find a better fit. Your comfort, trust, and peace of mind are our priority.
